Commence par brancher ta clef usb dans la prise usb...

Si rien ne se passe, ouvre un terminal et tape : dmesg
et copie/colle ce qui s'affiche dans ton prochain message sur le forum...

Ta clef USB a été detectée, le driver a été chargé, mais apparemment il y a eu un probleme lors de la detection de la taille de ta clef.
Soit elle n'est pas formatée, soit son protocole n'est pas usb-storage soit c'est un bug de Fedora Core...

Je me renseigne pour voir s'il n'y a pas de cas similaires ailleurs... et pour trouver les solutions

mon probleme de cle usb etant resolut peut tu me dire ou je peut telecharger le serveur samba avec le module swat pour ma fedora core 3 stp

Je te conseille l'installation de YUM ou de APT-RPM sur ta fedora...

Et cela simplifiera toute tes installations de logiciels à venir...

je suis en train d'installer samba et je ne trouve pas le fichier inetd.conf comment dois faire ?

Ta distribution utilise peut-être xinetd au lieu de inetd.

En console, tu tapes : ps -aux | grep inetd pour être fixé.

oui , c xinetd.conf , mais peut tu me dire quoi rajouter dans ce fichier afin que swat marche. je pense avoir mis ce qu'il fallait mais quand j'essaye de me connecter apartir d'un navigateur par http://127.0.0.1:901 ça ne marche pas ....

A priori, il faut y mettre ceci :
service swat
{
port = 901
socket_type = stream
wait = no
only_from = 127.0.0.1
user = root
server = /usr/sbin/swat
log_on_failure += USERID
}


... et relancer xinetd par :
killall -HUP xinetd

Souhaitant installer la fedora core 3 sur un vieux C400 dell , est ce que vous pensez que je vais rencontrer des problemes au niveau drivers ?
