Je vous expose un petit probléme qui arrive à un ami.
Mon ami dispose de 2 pc ,l'un tournant sous xp et l'autre sur seven.
Il y à 2 jours en voulant allumer son pc sous xp,il voit apparaitre plein de symboles differents (style icone ,triangle ect...),mais impossible de continuer plus loin ,l'ordinateur bloquer,il à été obliger de reinstaller windows,et depuis cela refonctionne.Mais ce qui est bizzare c'est que 3 jours apres c'est au tours du pc de sa fille qui tourne lui sous seven ,il lui arrive la meme mésaventure,pourtant ni l'un ni l'autre ne vont sur les meme site et les 2 pc ne sont relier entre eux,Peut-il s'agir d'un virus ou pas ?Le pc sous xp est proteger par Kasperky et le second par avast +sybot en residant et malwarebyte.

La seule chose qu'ont donc en commun les ordi, serait qu'ils utilisent la même IP de FAI.
À propos de ces symboles (ou caractères ..garbage?) apparus au démarrage.
Étaient-ce entre le chargement du bios "sur un écran noir " et le chargement de Windows. Ou durant le chargement de Windows.
Généralement c'est davantage un message d'erreur "concret", ou au moins, suite à une alerte "avant redémarrage" provenant de l'antivirus de service.
En tout cas.
Peut-être qu'un autre a déjà entendu quelque chose comme ça (symbole ou garbage au démarrage).
Pour ma part c'est la 1ière fois.
Et chose certaine, après que le problème ai été recouvert par une réinstallation de windows. Ça devient alors difficile de se prononcer sur la cause, sans avoir un diagnostique de système à éplucher.

Merci pour cette réponse ,donc c'est bien au durant le chargement de Windows.ILs ont la meme IP de FAI,par contre le pc de sa fille ne fonctionne toujours pas ,je vous mettrai le log de hitjack...dés qui me l'enverra .

Ah ben.., attendez un peu la. Si un des ordi a pas été formaté.
Au lieu de Hijackthis et dans la mesure du possible.
• Faites télécharger "sur le bureau" → ZHPDiag.exe ← (de Coolman).
• Installer ZHPDiag.exe par un clic-droit → Exécuter en tant qu'Adm.
........................ ou par un double-clique avec Windows XP.
⊳ Lancer ZHPDiag en cliquant sur
,
Utiliser ces icônes
,
• Pour lancer le diagnostique, en cliquant sur la Loupe,
.. Lorsque le diagnostique sera complété, à ...................100%,
• Cliquer sur la Disquette pour sauvegarder le rapport le bureau.
Au lieu de poster ce rapport "trop volumineux" directement sur le forum.
• Convertissez les rapports en page Web, sur le site → Cjoint ←
• Cliquez sur [Parcourir] et aller chercher le rapport {en images}
► Postez l'adresse http//...... du rapport.
Les raccourci de ZHPFix.exe et MBRCheck.exe, devraient aussi être accessibles sur le bureau, après l’installation. De plus, une copie des rapports, seront toujours disponibles dans le répertoire C:\Program Files\ZHPDiag\..

Si l'utilisateur ne peut accéder à Windows, pour produire le diagnostique.
Nous pourrions utiliser une autre tech. pour ça.
Soit la création d'un CD de démarrage "très simple", qui contient un logiciel de diagnostique.
Et en plus avec ce CD. L'utilisateur pourrait récupérer, au préalable, ses données personnelles.

Bonjour,je lui est envoyé le message mais comme il ne connait pas tres bien encore seven ,et que tout est en symbole il n'a pas pu faire comme vous avez dit,mais il a reussi faire un log...et je vous mes une image de ce qu'il voit.

Salut à vous deux 
Es que sa fille à essayé de démarrer son ordi en mode sans échec ? Les pb sont ils toujours présents en mode sans échec ?
Pour éxécuter ZHPDiag.exe si il ne marche pas en mode de démarrage usuel il faut faire un scan en mode sans echec
Mets le rapport ici

Cocher et [FixChecker] cette ligne :

De suite après Hijackthis.
Soit redémarrer l'ordi, ou stopper le "Processus" cacaoweb.exe avec le Gestionnaire de tâches : Ctrl-Maj-Ech
Pour ensuite, aller supprimer ce répertoire :
C:\Users\Michel\AppData\Roaming\cacaoweb
À vérifier/supprimer. Y a aussi possiblement un répertoire cacaoweb dans C:\Program Files\....
Et avec l'invité de commande, qui devra être lancé par un clic-droit -> Exécuter en tant qu'adm.
- Copier /coller(par un clic-droit) la ligne de commandes suivante et valider:
reg delete "HKCU\Software\cacaoweb"
Pour davantage d'info sur l'installation de votre chum.
Ça prendrait, de préférence, un rapport ZHPDiag.
