ihaupd32.exe pas de connexion internet

Bonjour, et merci d'exister. Je suis nouveau sur le forum, et comme beaucoup (surement), c'est un problème qui m'amène.
Un programme nommé ihaupd32.exe m'envoie des messages disant qu'il a rencontré un probleme et doit fermer.
Cela bloque ma connexion internet.
En parcourant les problèmes du même type postés par d'autres internautes, j'ai cru comprendre que l'infection était plutot grave. Je ne pense donc pas pouvoir m'en sortir seul (car mes connaissances des entrailles de Windows sont plus que limitées).
J'ai essayé un scan avec:
-Glary utilities
-Norton anti-virus
-ad-aware
-a-squared anti-malaware
-Dr Web CureLt
.... je suis en train de scanner avec Malwarebytes'...
dès la fin du scan, j'installerai HijackThis pour générer un rapport d'erreur et je le posterai.

Y aurait-t-il une bonne âme pour me donner un coup de main???

Par ailleurs, j'écris sdur le forum et je télécharge les logiciels dont j'ai besoin à partir d'un autre PC (tout neuf), y a-t-il des risques de contamination lors des transferts par clé USB...?

après le scan malwarebytes, le message d'erreur "ihaupd32" ne s'affiche plus au démarrage de ma session, cependant, je ne parviens pas à rétablir de connexion internet, mon utilitaire de connexion ne semble plus fonctionner...

>>Télécharge Winsockxpfix sur ton bureau


Fait un double clic sur l'icône de WinsockXPFix.


>>clique sur "Fix" > et si ton pc ne redémarre pas,redémarre le manuellement.
