oui c'est cela, quelqu'un t'aidera gâce à ce rapport, quant à moi tu va cliquer Démarrer>Executer une fois la boîte affichée, tapes msconfig et fais moi un screenshot de ce qui se trouve dans l'onglet Démarrage

EDIT: j'avais remarqué que tous les fichiers du processus windows sont marqués "(file missing)"
fais un clic droit sur la barre des tâches puis Gestionnaire des tâches , fais moi aussi un screenshot sur Processus
