Carte graphique déféctueuse?

Bonjour,
depuis un mois à peu près, mon ordi s’arrete d'un coup et un écran bleu s'affiche (problème matériel etc....) surtout lorsque je suis sur Firefox ( j'ai déjà réinstallé plusieurs fois le logiciel)... Je ne sais pas de quoi ça viens mais je pense que c'est peut être la carte graphique. J'ai une NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT.

Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider pour trouver la cause du problème? Pour tester ma carte graphique?

Nous donner la marque , modèle et système d'exploitation ce serait interressant.Si c'est un montage maison donnes nous les composants. Si ta CM a un port VGA branche ton écran dessus à la place de le brancher sur la CG .

(je précise que tout est neuf car j'ai changé complétement ma config sauf la carte graphique, et c'est d’ailleurs à peu près depuis la que j'ai ce problème)

Je n'ai pas de Vga (c'est bien un problème car je ne peu pas savoir si ça vient vraiment de la carte graphique...)

Quand un écran bleu apparait, windows crée un fichier d'erreur contenant parfois des informations intéressantes, cependant, ce fichier est crypté et il faut un logiciel pour le lire.

tu peux accéder à ces fichier grâce à BlueScreenView >>ici<<

poste son rapport sur l'écran bleu afin qu'on ait un peu plus d'info.

ce qui me gène dans ces rapport, c'est que pleins de choses différentes ressortes néanmoins le fait que la Dll d'interface système/matériel (hall.dll) parte en vrille et que la routine de surveillance Watchdog.sys provoque l'arrêt confirme un pb matériel.

cependant "tcpip.sys" n'a rien à voir avec le composant graphique, mais plutôt avec la gestion réseau

peut-être que la carte réseau aurait des instabilités......facile à vérifier

il suffit de désactiver la carte réseau (via le panneau de config), d'utiliser le PC (sans le net hélas) sur une durée suffisante pour que le pb arrive et voir s'il n'arrive pas......

sinon, il existe un autre logiciel pour les écrans bleus >>ici (external mirror 1)<< il sera peut-être plus bavard

ça sent la carte réseau défectueuse "rtenicxp.sys" est, si je ne me trompe pas, lié à une carte réseau sur composants realtek

ce qui collerait avec le fait que l'autre logiciel et trouvé que le fichier "tcpip.sys" partait dans les choux

la carte graphique, comme tu le supposait aussi intervient aussi dans des plantages....

mais, le composant réseau partant en vrille de temps à autre collerait bien avec tes symptômes car souvent (mais pas toujours) une carte graphique malade donne aussi d'autre symptômes comme des altérations graphiques visible ou des messages du genre "windows à récupéré un plantage graphique" avec retour à la normal dans la foulée.

donc la cause de tes pb est soit le comosant réseau Realtek, soit la carte graphique (enfin si on en croit les BSOD)

mais alors comment je fais pour réparer le réseau Realtek, ou la carte graphique et m’assurer que les pb viennent bien de là? (d' autres test avec des logiciels? lesquels?) Les plantages arrivent toujours quand je suis sur firefox et que j'ouvre un autre onglet ou peut être aussi quand j'utilise un logiciel de conversion vidéo).

les plantage sur le web correspondrait bien avec un pb réseau et ceux de montage vidéo avec la carte graphique

Hélas, je ne connais pas de logiciel spécifique de test....

une carte réseau ce n'est pas cher (il y en a des bonnes à moins de 20€) donc au pire tu peux faire le paris de remplacer le composant réseau intégré à la carte mère (je suppose que c'est un composant intégré..j'ai pas regardé la doc) par une carte PCI en désactivant l'ancienne carte réseau.

si on peut te prêter une carte réseau, tu peux voir si ça règle les plantage sous FF

pour la carte graphique, c'est plus compliqué....si tu en a une autre tu pourrais aussi tester avec...mais en acheter une éventuellement pour rien....ça fait cher
